Elite Kreations Auto Detailing would like to reach out to our community and welcome them to our business. We have been in business for over 15 years with more than 30 years of experience. I, Robert Reedy, the founder; can attest that that owning and operating a business is a full-time job. No time off, no vacations, and a lot of hands-on work. We have never complained. Through the Pandemic we were forced to down-size and it has been a struggle to acquire staff. I hear people degrading local businesses for always having new people working and making mistakes making customers unhappy. But we're only in the 21st century folks; our companies are still run by humans, albeit well-trained humans, but mistakes happen. There is definitely not a single business owner in any field that can say they've never made a mistake. Unfortunately, it's just as the saying goes; "You can satisfy some people some of the time, but you can't satisfy all of the people all of the time". We do our best to go above and beyond to prove that saying wrong. As the owner of Elite Kreations, I can say we have been rated among the best in our community for customer service and satisfaction for Auto Detailing and U-Haul rentals. Over the past few years, we've had a frequent change in staffing, some of the new employees didn't have the experience and/or take pride in their work, but they're trained and overseen by professionals with both of those qualities. This country's government has made it too easy to be lazy, so finding people willing to work with a sense of respect for the business has become extremely difficult. To the people that degrade other businesses to make themselves feel better, Elite Kreations is still located at 731 E 2nd St, Jamestown, NY. We have not had to move locations or change names to give the community a false image or hide from our mistakes. WE STAND STRONG AND PROUD FOR NOT ONLY THE GOOD WORK WE DO FOR OUR CUSTOMERS, BUT WE ALSO STAND BEHIND OUT WORK AND CORRECT OUR MISTAKES. THANK YOU TO OUT PATRONS AND OUR STAFF.
